Acerca del autor

<div>I am a passionate researcher in the sphere of Educational Research and Evaluation with a close focus on the Nigerian context of education. The focus on both the increased validity, reliability, and equity of the assessments during education makes my research combine the innovative psychometric methods with the practical classroom use. My contribution to the field of evidence-based decision-making in schools and educational systems is by connecting statistical theory and instructional practice.</div><div>My work is grounded on a solid knowledge of the theory of measurement and how it applied to policy and practice. I use advanced quantitative designs to investigate how assessment systems can be streamlined to bring equity among diverse school conditions especially in an underdeveloped education system. My primary competence lies in psychometrics and test equating where I utilize the techniques of Item Response Theory (IRT) and score equating including linear and separate calibration techniques to facilitate fairness and comparability in the outcomes of examination in schools of various types. My studies in this field will resolve the problems of item parameter invariance, differential functioning, and quality control of assessment.</div><div>My studies are also inclusive of other fields like educational technology, social studies, Languages, educational administration. My research approach, based on rigorous methodology and a sense of contextual relevance, helps to promote research-based educational reform in the Nigerian and similar educational systems.</div><div><br></div>
