This research analyzes how age and teaching experience influence teachers' assessment of lifelong learning, with special emphasis on digital competence as a growing axis of current educational policies. Based on a sample of 978 non-university education teachers, the perception of the relevance, quality, management, and usefulness of the training offer is examined. The data show that the valuation of training varies significantly according to experience and age. Teachers in the consolidation stage have the highest levels of satisfaction, while novice and veteran teachers express the least adjustment between their needs and the available supply. All groups recognize the high technical quality of the formations and speakers, indicating that the differences are not due to intrinsic quality, but to perceived relevance and the degree of biographical adequacy. The study concludes that Lifelong learning, especially that aimed at digital competence, should be designed through differentiated itineraries that respond to the specific needs of each professional stage, favoring a more coherent, contextualized, and sustainable teaching development.
